Quincy Spelling appeared in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court and pleaded guilty to the charge, particulars of which detailed that on March 12 at Freeman Street, he had in his possession 4 grammes of cannabis-sativa (marijuana).
The accused told the Court that he was advised to use the illegal substance to make tea for a sickness he suffered.
