  1. The victim , the police , the prosecutor and the magistrate wasting a lot of time, Granger gon soon loose the cell phone thief and seh that he should be in school. The victim would do better to put some money waan side to help send the bandit to school otherwise the bandit coming foh he next phone.

  2. Most if not all the bandits, thieves, choke n robbers, pick poketers, snatchers, trunkers, call them by whatever name, they all come from different areas of Georgetown and its outlying areas. They are all lazy scumbags. Locking them up awaiting trial give them the opportunity to focus on different strategies to carry on the same activities once released. The suggestion made by Bakar seems an attractive alternative.

  3. 20 Lash ma rass…they want to be made to pick up garbage around the city and highways only during sunny days from 10am to 2pm for 30days, when mother sun is in her finest glory and we only giving them 1 glass of water and dry buns and a 15 minutes rest when you turn in 25lbs of trash and we holding them n the lock ups until they sentence served. I bet ya nuff of them would go look work..
