$100,000 bail for vendor charged with breaking and entering

[www.inewsguyana.com] – Twenty – one – year old vendor of Industrial Site, Ruimveldt, was placed on $100,000 bail on a break and enter charge.

courtSeon Isaac pleaded not guilty to the offence, which alleged that on May 22 at John Fernandez Squatting area, Georgetown, he broke and entered the dwelling house of Annette Marshall and stole one Play Station and one pair Gold Earrings together valued $300,000.

Police prosecutor, Bharat Mangru did not object to bail but asked that the accused be placed on a substantial amount.

He was represented by Attorney – at – law, Adrian Thompson, who requested bail in a reasonable sum for his client, stating that one of the stolen items was recovered. Isaac will return to Court on June 17.
