Tenza Layne. [iNews’ Photo][www.inewsguyana.com] – Tenza Layne was placed on $25,000 bail on three charges, which she allegedly committed on her sister, Cadet Officer Hobbert and the son of Prime Minister Samuel Hinds Jr.
Layne pleaded not guilty to the charges before Magistrate Geeta Chandan-Edmond on Friday, March 21. The Prime Minister’s son was previously charged with assaulting Layne, who is his sister – in – law.
In relation to Layne, it is alleged that she made use of threatening language and assaulted Hinds Jnr, causing him actual bodily harm.
