He pleaded guilty to the offence before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry. The Court heard that on December 22 at Charity, Essequibo, the 49 – year – old entered Guyana by sea and disembarked without the consent of an Immigration Officer.
Failure to pay the fine will result in six months imprisonment.
