[www.inewsguyana.com] – Police say at about 20:00hrs Sunday night (January 26) 19 – year – old Romeiro Weithers was walking to his ‘C’ Field Sophia home when he was attacked by a man who was armed with a firearm.
The armed man shot him to his abdomen and took away his jewellery and cell phone and escaped. Weithers has been admitted to hospital.
Investigations are in progress.
