[www.inewsguyana.com] – Crime Chief Leslie James on Wednesday (November 26), said that the Guyana Police Force is looking at the logistics before the samples suspected to be that of the MFK Trading Boss, Mohammed Khan are sent to Trinidad for testing.

Khan was reported missing in October after narrowly escaping execution in August.

James reiterated that the same Officer that would be taking the samples would be the same officer who will uplift and return with the samples which are suspected to be that of missing School Teacher Nyozi Goodman.

Weeks after the teacher went missing the badly decomposed remains of a female were discovered in an empty lot at Turkeyen on the lower East Coast of Demerara and it was concluded by students and relatives of the teacher that the remains were hers.

Today, the Crime Chief said that the same officer dealing with the samples is the very officer who took the samples suspected to be that of Goodman to Trinidad a few months back.

He said part of the logistics include the readiness of the officer to travel to Trinidad to accompany samples suspected to be that of MFK and receive those suspected to be that of the school teacher.

The Guyana Police Force has taken a position to send the samples to Trinidad after samples which were sent to Jamaica for Bank employee Sheema Mangar is yet to be returned. (By Leroy Smith)
