  1. A number of questions need answers here.
    Was it alcohol involved?
Did the motor cycle have enough power to overtake the car?
Did the driver of the car exercise any sense of courtesy as the motor cyclist was trying to over take or wilfully slowed down?
Was it Careless/ dangerous overtaking by the motor
    cyclist?
Once these questions get THE answers then the cause of the accident would be established
Riding a motorcycle is a skill one needs to develop with professional training and I am not sure Guyana has a training school to teach the skills of motor cycling
