[www.inewsguyana.com] – Acting on information received, at about 18:00 hrs on Sunday, July 05, the police conducted a search on a man at the East Bank Demerara Bus Park, Stabroek Market, in whose possession was found an unlicensed 9mm. Beretta Pistol with 18 matching rounds.
A police report noted that the man, who was wanted for questioning into several armed robberies, is in police custody and charges will be made shortly.
