Home Intruder attempts to kill Zeelught woman, children

[www.inewsguyana.com] – A woman is now fearful for her life after a man, known to her attempted to break into her Zeelught, East Bank Essequibo home with a knife during day light on Saturday (April 26), threatening to kill her and her children.

Bibi Zohara Chen 38, related to iNews (www.inewsguyana.com) that the incident might have stemmed from a sour relationship she shares with her son and an Auto Dealer.

The woman said that she was at home with her two children when a man called out to her, asking for $1,000, which she refused to give him. According to Bibi, the man then tried to enter her house by shattering several glass windows.

He was prevented from entering as a result of the metal bars across the windows. The woman is alleging that she made arrangements with an Auto Dealer to trade in her Sports Car for a new Model Raum motor car.

According to Bibi, her son was informed of this arrangement and took the Raum in his possession from the Auto Dealer without her knowledge. As such, she believes that there is some plan in the making to have her killed.

Bibi is calling on the police to investigate the matter thoroughly.
