[www.inewsguyana.com] – A woman is now nursing a gunshot injury to her abdomen after she was attacked by gunmen outside her Bel Air ParK residence on Saturday night (March 1).
According to police at about 19:15hrs three men, one of whom was armed with a firearm, attacked 64 – year – old Bahadur Bhagwandass and his wife 57 – year – old Pace Bhagwandass as they arrived at their residence at Bel Air Park in their motor vehicle.
The husband put up a resistance and the armed discharged rounds hitting his wife to her abdomen, after which they escaped.
Investigations are in progress.
