Former assistant to Minister turns self over to police in cocaine investigations

[www.inewsguyana.com] – Twenty – nine – year old Kenroy Anthony Joseph who was wanted by the Criminal Investigation Department of the Police Force for cocaine trafficking has turned himself over to the police.

The police had issued a wanted bulletin for the man in which his photograph, address and other details were released to the media and by extension the members of the public.

iNews was informed that the man surrendered to investigators at the Criminal Investigation Department Eve Leary in the company of his lawyer, James Bond.

The suspected worked with Junior Minister of Agriculture Ali Baksh. He is wanted in connection with the recent drug bust at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport, Timehri where a couple was arrested following the discovery of over 20 kilogrammes of cocaine.
