CD Vendor to stand High Court trial for murder

[] – Nearly eight months after CD vendor Trevor Raghubir was stabbed to death by his workmate, Quincy Massiah, Magistrate Ann McLennan has found there is enough evidence against the accused and has since committed him to stand trial in the High Court.

Massiah, 25, of Lot 9 Camp and Durban Street, Georgetown is charged with the capital offence of murder, which alleged that on November 28 at Camp and Durban Street, Georgetown he stabbed Raghubir to death.

Massiash was presented by Attorney – at – Law, Dexter Todd during the preliminary inquiry.
