[www.inewsguyana.com] – At about 13:00 hrs on Thursday September 17, 2015, Brazilian national Jose D’Andrade, 30 years, of Bartica, was confronted by two men at Black Water, Cuyuni, and an argument ensued over the dust that was being caused by an ATV that he was driving.
During the altercation shots were discharged at D’Andrade and he was struck to his back. He has been admitted to hospital and investigations are in progress.
