At about 01:15h yesterday Friday August 30, Brazilian miner Jose Alves Silva, 43 years, was driving an ATV along the trail at
Buckhall, Essequibo, when he swerved from an oncoming vehicle and crashed.
According to the Police, he received injuries and was taken to the Suddie Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Investigations are in progress.
