[www.inewsguyana.com] – Investigations are being conducted into a fatal accident that occurred about 14:40 hrs on Sunday December 13, 2015, on the La Grange Public Road, West Bank Demerara and which resulted in the death of 3 – year-old Michael Blackman of Parafait Harmonie, WBD.
Police investigations have revealed that the toddler was standing on the roadway in the company of an older cousin, when he ran across the road and was struck down by a motor vehicle.
He dies while receiving medical treatment at the West Demerara Regional Hospital; the driver of the vehicle is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
