18-Y-0 remanded on break and enter charge

Charlie, also known as ‘Mickey Charlie’ and ‘Blacks’, pleaded not guilty to the charge which alleged that between May 11 and 31 at Johala Village, he broke and entered the dwelling house of Dawn Hastings Williams and stole one iPod, one MP, one gold chain and a cellular phone among other items, together valued $127,000.

According to Police prosecutor, Simone Payne, some of the items mentioned in the charge were recovered at Charlie’s home. The matter was transferred before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry for June 8.
