Police noted that at about 12:30h on Sunday February 22, David Hinds of Mocha, EBD, was driving a motor vehicle along the Houston Access Road, allegedly at a fast rate, when he lost control of the vehicle and collided with a concrete culvert.
Investigations are in progress.
