Leopold Street resident granted bail for $1.6M theft

Kevin Anthony Samuel McRae of Leopold Street, Georgetown, pleaded not guilty to the charge, which alleged that between September 5 and 7 at Water Street, Georgetown, he broke and entered Guyana Stores Limited and stole a quantity of items valued over $1.6 M.

Police Prosecutor, Deniro Jones did not reveal additional information to the court and the matter was adjourned to October 6, for statements.
