Essequibo woman found dead in clump of bushes

[www.inewsguyana.com] – The decomposed remains of a woman, suspected to be that of Judith De Oliveria was found in a clump of bushes at Dredge Creek, Lower Pomeroon this morning (Monday, January 6).

De Oliveria went missing on Boxing Day (December 26) and was not heard from since. An investigation by the Guyana Police Force is in progress. The matter is reportedly being treated as murder.

Judith De Oliveria is said to be 41 years of age and is the mother of four. At the time of her disappearance she resided in Dredge Creek.
