On Wednesday August 07, the police conducted cordon and search operations in Kitty, Leopold Street and East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, during which twenty- four (24) men were arrested for possession and trafficking in narcotics and pending investigations into armed robberies.
In a brief press release, the police stated that two motor cycles that are suspected to have been stolen were also seized.
