Stranded Dynamic Airways organizes alternate transportation; offers compensation

10382368_744295302296036_2265904849505043411_o[www.inewsguyana.com] – Dynamic Airways, which commenced New York – Georgetown flights last week, says due to temporary technical issues which the airline has experienced in operating from the  JFK International Airport and due to very limited seats available on other airlines it has organized alternative transportation for Guyanese bound passengers in America.

A US$200 vouchers for future travel on Dynamic Airways will be given to all the passengers as compensation for the inconvenience caused by this change, Dynamic airways said in a statement.

“For Sunday June 29th we have organized with great support of authorities, airports and all parties involved, a departure from Atlantic City International Airport (ACY). Organized transportation for passengers from JFK Terminal 4 to ACY Passenger Terminal is provided at no charge as well,” the statement added.

Passengers leaving Sunday 29th June from JFK – GEO 2D 0499 (formerly D2 0499), Scheduled to depart JFK Terminal 4 June at 10 AM, should arrive at the airport at least three hours before their originally scheduled departure.

“Our personnel with Signs of Dynamic Airways, will help all the passengers board the bus, we will also have additional personnel at Terminal 1 giving proper directions to passengers in order to avoid any confusion.”

Assembly point for the bus boarding and departure is Row 8 at Terminal 4. Luxury Buses will leave JFK Terminal 4 latest by 09:30 towards Atlantic City International Airport.

Passengers are expected to arrive at ACY latest by 12:00 and start their check in process. Check in will be done at Landmark Aviation counter. Flight ACY – GEO operated by Dynamic Airways will depart at 14:00 and is scheduled to arrive at GEO 20:00 hors.

 “We will update all passengers that have purchased the tickets via our Website or at our reservations call center directly via email and phone, while Travel agents which have not provided direct contact of the passengers are responsible to inform their passengers directly,” the statement noted, adding “We will follow up with phone call to all travel agents to remind them to call each Passenger about change of their itinerary. Please be informed that this irregular operation is affecting only tomorrow flight originally scheduled as 2D 0499 JFK – GEO 10:00 – 16:00 and that we expect service to be back to normal shortly.”

  1. As a starter this is bad for business people don’t like inconvenience like this, the airline should have ensure all the necessary steps taken to avoid what happen
