[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company on Thursday, December 17 held its annual gift presentation to various children’s orphanages and child care groups across the country.
The donation to the groups is the second consecutive. Previously the company distributed gifts to the general public but last year the company identified a number of orphanages and child care groups for the presentation.
Approximately 1,000 gifts were distributed to 18 groups from as far as Cornelia Ida, Hararuni on the Linden Soesdyke highway and Berbice.
