Man shot dead on Main Street

 

[www.inewsguyana.com] – A man was moments ago shot dead on Main Street, Georgetown in the vicinity of New Thriving.

Eyewitnesses told iNews (www.inewsguyana.com) that the man was riding on a CG motorcycle when he was shot by a policeman. According to reports, the man had just committed a robbery when an undercover police officer caught up with him.

Reports thus far indicate that he was found with a bag containing cash and a firearm.
