The Guyana Police Force says it is conducting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the death of fisherman Shahabudeen Haniff, 49 years, of Meten-Meer-Zorg, WCD.
His body was found in the net of a fishing vessel that was working in the vicinity ofthe Berbice River,during yesterday Monday January 04, 2016.
The deceased was a member of the crew of a fishing boat that had sailed on December 30, 2015, from a wharf at New Hope, EBD, for the Berbice area.
