The Guyana Police Force has issued an advisory to the general public, informing that the Central Immigration and Passport Office at Camp Road in Georgetown, will only be open for business from 07:00 hrs to 12:00hrs tomorrow (Tuesday, February 09, 2016).
It said the office will be closed from 12:00hrs to facilitate maintenance works to the equipment.
“Any inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted,” the GPF stated.

No proper forward planning.How long did the police know that they were going to do maintenance? Is this an emergency maintenance? If not, why only less than 24hours notice? When will it be reopened? This is bad management.
