[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Athletics Association of Guyana (AAG) is preparing to host their second development meet on Sunday, February 15 at the Guyana Defence Force (GDF) ground, Camp Ayanganna.
It is expected to feature the same odd events as the first development meet held two weeks ago. However, unlike the first meet where a few of Guyana’s top athletes competed, most are expected to take the track this time around which should give a better indication of the type of competition to be expected throughout the course of the year.
Once the top athletes line up against each other it will also give an early indication as to who are the athletes to watch in 2015.
The AAG chose to go with the odd events again due to the wishes of the coaches according to President of the AAG Aubrey Hutson.
