Trio bailed after allegedly robbing Chinese store of over $4M worth in items

A trio was today (Wednesday) brought before Senior Magistrate, Fabayo Azore after they reportedly invaded an Alexander and Regent streets Chinese store, carting off with over $4M worth in items.

36-year-old Paul Roberts of West Ruimveldt Georgetown, 41-year old Martin Maury of Charlotte Street, Lacytown, Georgetown and 42-year-old Troy Holmes of South Ruimveldt, Georgetown all denied the allegation against them.

It is being alleged that, they, between July 20-21 2018 at Lot 45 Alexander and Regent streets, robbed Zou Con Foo of 100 school bags valued $180,000 and other items with a total of $4.6M.

However as the men vehemently continue to deny the allegation, they were all granted their pre-trial liberty in the sum of $75,000 each. They are to return to Court on August 15.
