Police issue wanted bulletins for brothers in Farm, EBE murder

Police investigators are on the hunt for two brothers who are wanted for the murder of a Farm, East Bank Essequibo (EBE) man in December.

Leon Khan, 22; and Quincy Khan, 25; both of Farm, EBE, are wanted by the Police for questioning in relation to investigations into the murder of Dennis Martin which occurred on December 15, 2015, at Farm.

Martin, 36, of Lot 5 Public Road, Farm, EBE, was beaten to death after he tried to settle an ongoing dispute between the suspects and his nephews. He died while receiving medical attention at the Georgetown Public Hospital.

According to reports, the suspects and Martin’s nephews were involved in two separate altercations, during which the nephews were wounded by the two brothers. However, on the day in question, Martin was on his way to the shop when he saw one of the suspects and confronted him.

During the confrontation, the father of one was brutally attacked and beaten by both brothers, who seem to be on the run.
Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Leon Khan and Quincy Khan are asked to contact the Police on telephone numbers 227-2128, 227-1149, 225-2227 226-7065, 911 or the nearest Police station. The Police have advised that all information will be treated with strict confidence.
