The lifeless bodies of two elderly women were on Tuesday morning discovered bound and gagged in their home located at lot 243 South Road and Albert Street, Georgetown by Police.

The women have since been identified as 87-year-old Constance Fraser and 75-year-old Phyllis Caesar. They are both said to be relatives.

Based on information received, the women were last seen on Monday by church members. Their bodies were reportedly discovered by a church member after they did not show up to church as was customary.

While it remains unclear, at this point, how the women died, this publication was informed that officers are working on the theory that women were robbed as items were reported missing from the premises.

Investigations are currently ongoing. More details will be provided in a subsequent report.
