KFC, Pizza Hut close doors after major sanitisation issues discovered

KFC-gtIt has been found that KFC and Pizza Hut were operating in very “unhygienic” conditions, and had no choice but to close the business yesterday following an impromptu visit from foreign health inspectors.

iNews understands that with the exception of the outlet at the Mandela Avenue location, all other KFC stores in the city were forced to close their doors, including the Pizza Hut location on Vlissengen Road. Both franchises are held by Guyanese Deo Singh.

For quite some time, customers have been complaining about the unsanitary condition under which these entities operate.
