[www.inewsguyana.com] – Chanderpaul Hemraj and Versammy Permaul have been ruled out of the West Indies Cricket Board’s Regional 4 day Tournament’s final Round Against Trinidad and Tobago. 

The duo will be replaced by Devendra Bishoo and Vishaul Singh for the game, which commences on Friday at the National Stadium, Providence.

According to information, both have contracted influenza like symptoms and as such have been ordered to rest.

Meanwhile, Guyana’s final thirteen will include Captain Leon Johnson as well as Assad Fudadin, Amir Khan, Trevon Griffith,Tagenarine Chanderpaul, Zaheer Mohamed, Ronsford Beaton, Anthony Bramble, Bishoo, Shimron Hetmyer, Raun Johnson, Keon Joseph and Singh.

Esaun Crandon is the coach and Alvin Johnson as manager. In the point standings, Trinidad lead with 72 points while Barbados and the Windward Islands, are joint second place on 65 apiece, the Combined Campuses and Colleges are 4th with 46 points, Jamaica’s 44 points sees them 5th and the Leeward Islands 6th with 40.

The match is set to bowl off on Friday from 10:00 daily.
