[www.inewsguyana.com] – Four men are currently in police custody, following the discovery of an unlicensed 9mm pistol and eight rounds of ammunition in a house at Mc Doom, East Bank Demerara.
A police report stated that ranks conducted a cordon and search operation today, Tuesday December 16 at the house located at Middle Street, Mc Doom.
During the search, the police also found 36 grams of marijuana.

I hereby called upon the PPP Government to give an 25% increase in salary to the Police. Duty free concessions should not only be given to Police from inspector and up, it should now starts from surgeon, because a station surgeon works way more hard than an Inspector. The business community has always find ways to support, encourage, and motivate police, and we will continue to do so. Let’s continue to progress!
