[www.inewsguyana.com] – This Saturday the curtains will come down on the Golden Brook /Windjammers Rugby Sevens league when Yamaha Caribs and UG Wolves clash in the finals.

The final promises to be a thrilling one as both teams plan to bring their best game to the finals. The last time the two teams met was in the finals of the Banks sevens tournament a few weeks ago, when UG defeated Caribs in an exciting match to lift that title.

According to seasoned captain of the Yamaha Caribs, Theodore Henry, his team has analyzed its mistakes in the past and will be looking to redeem themselves as they look to stamp their authority on new comers UG Wolves.

However, according to the UG wolves, it would not be an easy task for the Caribs since they have beaten them already and believe they can do it again.

Meanwhile, the third place play-off will see Guyana Defence Force (GDF) taking on Pepsi Hornets from 16:00hrs as prelude to the finals. The game will be played at the National Park rugby ground followed by the presentation ceremony.
