Maurice Price, 50, a hire car driver, of Second Avenue, Bartica was arrested by the Police after he was found on three occasions to be driving above the legal limit permissible for alcohol consumption and was placed before the Bartica Magistrate’s Court.
The man appeared before by Magistrate Christel Lambert on Wednesday morning and was found guilty on three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) in Bartica.
He has been suspended from driving for a period of twelve months and also fined $7, 500.
