Thirteen foreign nationals have been arrested following the discovery of ammunition aboard a vessel in the Cuyuni River.
The discovery was made on Tuesday at around 15:00hrs by ranks on a police patrol.
As such, the boat’s captain and twelve other occupants including two females have since been detained as an investigation has been launched.
