ICJ to rule on jurisdiction in border case on Dec 18

The International Court of Justice has set December 18 to deliver a decision on whether it has jurisdiction to hear the Guyana-Venezuela border controversy case.

According to a statement, the World Court said the decision will be read by its President, Judge Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf at a public sitting at the Peace Palace in The Hague at 15:00hrs.
