[www.inewsguyana.com] – Festival City Warriors and North Ruimveldt will battle in the final of the Georgetown zone Guinness “Greatness in the Streets” tournament come Sunday, December 14 at the National Park.
Both teams won their respective semifinal match-ups on Tuesday at the National park Tarmac by way of penalty kicks.
Festival City Warriors faced Leopold Street in the opening semifinal and registered a 1-0 victory via penalty kicks after drawing nil all at the end of regulation while North Ruimveldt mirrored the performance by defeating Sparta Boss 2-1 on penalty kicks after a 0-0 finish to regulation time.
