[www.inewsguyana.com] – For the second time in the Georgetown Football Association (GFA) Banks Beer Cup, Alpha United has scored over ten goals in one match.
On Friday at the Guyana Defence Force ground, Camp Ayanganna, Northern Rangers had no idea what was in store and much like the 17-0 drubbing of Black Water a week before, Alpha United decimated Northern Rangers in unbelievable fashion.
For Alpha, the football Gods probably shun on them for a second straight time but for a seasoned Northern Rangers it was simply a pitiful display of football.
Daniel Wilson had five goals in the 10th, 14th, 61st, 74th and 77th minutes adding to his four against Black Water while Aldair Paredas scored a hat-trick in the 33rd, 49th and 56th minutes.
Dwain Jacobs who had six goals against Black Water was able to score a double in the 5th and 63rd minutes.
Manasseh Primo scored a double in the 75th and 84th minutes, while there was one apiece for Chris Camacho (7th), Travis Grant (8th), Jacob Stephenson (23rd) and Jahaal Greaves (27th).
Meanwhile, the other game of the night saw Police defeating Black Water 3-0 with Abdy Gillis (40th), Anthio Wallace (68th) and Rawle Haynes (80th) the men on target.
