A 73-year-old miner is now dead and his 42-year-old wife hospitalized after he shot her before committing suicide.
Dead is Theodore Adams of North Road, Georgetown. The injured woman, Sarojini Ragnauth, is in a critical condition at a city hospital.
INews understands that Adams, called ‘Toti’, shot his wife following an argument. He later turned the gun on himself and pulled the trigger. (More details to follow)
