Fire flattens 2 houses in Sophia

The fire in Sophia, Greater Georgetown

A fire of unknown origin has destroyed two houses in Sophia, Greater Georgetown.

One of the houses was occupied by a family of five, inclusive of three children and two adults.

The other house was occupied by a family of of four: one adult and three children.

In addition to the houses, the fire destroyed a motorcycle and an electric bike which were in the yard.
