[www.inewsguyana.com] – The police have managed to recapture one of four prisoners, who escaped from the lock – ups of the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court on Monday, May 19.

Murder accused, Steven Bacchus was recaptured, while a massive hunt is ongoing for another murder accused, Vickram Persaud, Keron Cummings and Randolph Marks.

iNews understands that the men created a hole in the lock – ups to facilitate their escape.

  1. Why is the prisoner handcuffed? Because he’s small you think he can’t punch you in the face & get away again? The fu””””” police force has to learn a lot of things. Why is’nt he restrained. Slackness probably made him escape. Pay the F”””””” policemen decent wages, give them hardware to do a proper job & get the f””””””” country a LITTLE Safer & see many of us with our millions of USD dollars come back & let OUR COUNTRY BOOM. We are Guyanese who was forced RUN for betterment. Get real after 20, 30 & 40 years a lot of people are willing to come back to paradise To a safer GUYANA.We love our country & we have the bucks NOW.
