Murder accused, Steven Bacchus was recaptured after escaping from the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court. [Ravin Singh’s Photo][www.inewsguyana.com] – The police have managed to recapture one of four prisoners, who escaped from the lock – ups of the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court on Monday, May 19.
Murder accused, Steven Bacchus was recaptured, while a massive hunt is ongoing for another murder accused, Vickram Persaud, Keron Cummings and Randolph Marks.
iNews understands that the men created a hole in the lock – ups to facilitate their escape.
Why is the prisoner handcuffed? Because he’s small you think he can’t punch you in the face & get away again? The fu””””” police force has to learn a lot of things. Why is’nt he restrained. Slackness probably made him escape.
