An early-morning accident at Meten-Meer-Zorg, West Coast Demerara (WCD), has left at least two persons severely injured. They are presently receiving medical attention at the West Demerara Regional Hospital.
The accident occurred around 3:30hrs today.
Contacted for an update, Commander of “D” Division, Leslie James, told INews earlier today that the motor car bearing registration plate PRR 6669 was proceeding in a westerly direction along the Public Road when the driver lost control, resulting in the vehicle ending up in a nearby trench.
