Two bandits shot dead during robbery; Supermarket owner wounded

[www.inewsguyana.com] – A robbery this evening at the Lahago Supercenter in Montrose, East Coast Demerara turned deadly when police and gunmen traded bullets.

iNews has confirmed that two of the gunmen were shot dead, while the owner of the supercenter, identified only as ‘Galo’ was also shot. She was held hostage by the gunmen, but somehow managed to escape.

Confirmed reports suggest that one of the dead gunmen is former policeman, Warren Blue, who was wanted for the murder of Shaquille Grant.

While one of the gunmen was killed, another was hiding in the building and shot at the police and the crowd gathered outside. He was eventually killed. Information received indicate that another gunmen escaped in a motorcar.

    innocent people were beaten robbed sexually molested after they were ordered to commit the atrocity..Blue settled a score with grant..
