[www.inewsguyana.com] – A Surinamese woman has been arrested by ranks of the Police Narcotics Branch at the Ogle Airport on Monday night (September 22) with cocaine strapped to her body.
According to a police report, at about 19:20 hrs, the woman was an outgoing passenger when she was found with 902 grams of cocaine. It is suspected that she also ingested pellets containing cocaine and has been admitted to the Georgetown Public Hospital under police guard.
