The case brought against Directors of the Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry (GBTI) by the Special Organised Crime Unit (SOCU’s) has been dismissed.
The GBTI Directors were charged for failing to comply with a court order that was issued by the High Court for the production of documents in relation to a Guyana Rice Development Board (GRDB) investigation that was being conducted by SOCU.
