A number of police officers have been promoted with effect from today in light of the Guyana Police Force (GPF) celebrating its 177th anniversary this year.
According to the GPF, its Commissioner Seelall Persaud, has promoted these ranks who belong to the Regular Force, Special Constabulary, Guystac and Rural Constabulary because of their hard work and dedication to the job.
