Royals jet through to final eight of Mackeson ‘King of the Rim’

[] – The Royals and Jets will represent Linden on the final day of the Mackeson ‘King of the Rim’ set for December 19 after both teams prevailed in the Linden zone on Thursday.

At the MacKenzie Hard Court, sharpshooter, Chris Williams was in rhythm as he led the Royals to the final eight of the tournament while his teammates Marlon Pollydore, Harold Adams and Orlan Glasgow played crucial roles during the night’s action.

Meanwhile, the jets made it to the final eight behind the dominant Webster brothers who controlled the paint with their bruising style of play.

The other teams that are in the Super Eight Final are TRS Raptors from Melanie on the East Coast, Den Amstel ‘A’ from West Coast Demerara, Colts ‘A’, Colts ‘B’, Pacesetters ‘A’ and defending champs, Pitbulls, all from the Georgetown zone.
