President David Granger and First Lady, Sandra Granger were among the first to cast their ballot at the Enterprise Primary School early this morning, in what is deemed an historic Local Government Elections.
In his first reaction, the President expressed optimism that the A Partnership for National Unity/Alliance for Change coalition will emerge victorious in most all of the Neighbourhood Democratic Councils and Municipalities across Guyana.
He said the Government is proud of its achievements so far since it took office at the 2015 General and Regional Elections, and predicts that because of these successes and the work that was done by the various Candidates, the Coalition will do extremely well most Constituencies across the country.
