The Meeting will be held from July 4-6, 2016 under the Chairmanship of the Dominican Prime Minister. The meeting is being hosted in Guyana since Dominica is still recovering from the effects of Tropical Storm Erika, which had battered that Island.  Prime Minister Skerrit is assuming chairmanship via the rotating chairmanship mechanism from Belize’s Prime Minister, Mr. Dean Barrow.

Secretary General of CARICOM, Ambassador Irwin LaRocque was also present at the meeting.
